My name is David Carfagnini, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts, proudly working with Kearns Nardone Realty. I was raised in Stoneham, Massachusetts, and continue to carry those strong community values into my professional life.

In addition to my real estate career, I am a collegiate soccer player, the captain of my college team, and an active member of my school’s Student Athlete Council. Competing at a high level has shaped my approach to both business and life, strengthening my leadership, discipline, communication, and ability to collaborate with people from all backgrounds. Serving as captain has further developed my sense of accountability, my ability to motivate others, and my commitment to leading by example.

Through years of athletic training and teamwork, I have built a strong foundation in time management, performing under pressure, and maintaining focus while balancing demanding responsibilities. These experiences have shaped me both mentally and physically, giving me the resilience and confidence needed to guide clients through every step of the real estate process.
